FAQ - If you have a specific problem...
When I write to you with a specific problem that I could not find an answer
to in the help and the FAQ, what information do I need to provide?

Always tell us the id (number) of your country, what group it is in, and the
code you find on the Settings page. This code is needed to allow our support
personell to log in to your country, without the knowledge of your normal
login information. Without this code, we will not be able to help.
If you report an error, please tell us in detail what the problem is, and
how we can reproduce it. When having a question about a certain event that
took place in your country, be sure not to delete the event.
