carefully!
WARNING!
This game may cause dependence! We ask you to always keep in mind that this
is only a game. Always spend enough time with things in your real life,
never let the game be your first priority!
Note to players of other versions of the game: the rules vary from game to
game! Please read the rules carefully, the rules here may be different from
what you are used to!

Given the fact that the game operates on the server of the administrators,
the game is the property of the administrators, the game database is the
property of the administrators, the game operates at an Internet access
point paid for by the game administrators, the game administrators only allow access to
the game to certain people. The game can only be used by people accepting the below
rules, and always sticking to it. People who have been declared Persona Non
Grata are prohibited from using the site: they are prohibited from
registering, from entering existing countries, or use someone else's
countries.
|
| 1 |
You may have only one (1) country on the starting (5th) level in the normal game.
You may have one (1) country per group in upper (4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st) levels of the game, but you
are required to link these countries. Having more than one country, and not
linking your countries is against the rules. If you wish to have
several countries in one group, you may do so in the Anarchist game.
If this is your first registration, we suggest you start one (1) country in
the normal game, and get to know the game well before trying to manage
several countries. This is usually enough for most people.
|
| 2 |
Choose an acceptable name for the new country. Do not use a name that might
offend someone, that has bad language, or resembles any recent political
figure. The name must be a name. Not a number, not a domain name, not an
ascii art, not a date, but a name.
|
| 3 |
When communicating with others, you are required to be polite, and not use
bad language. Whatever you, or anyone else logging in with your username and
password, write, let it be a private message or anything else, is your
responsibility. If any legal action arises from such message, you agree to
take full legal responsibility for it.
The language used in private communication with another player should
primarily be English. See mail help for our detailed policy.
|
| 4 |
You are only allowed to use formal alliances. If someone is not formally your ally
within the game, you are not allowed to take any revenge. If you wish to use
bigger alliances than the game allows, you may do so in the Anarchist group.
|
| 5 |
You are required to keep all rules. The game administrators reserve the
right to modify the rules without notification. The current rules can always
be read on the registration page.
|
| 6 |
You are required to keep both the Netiquette used on the Internet, and
normal life's etiquette, and behave accordingly.
|
| 7 |
The game is for human use only. It is prohibited to use any program, other
than your web browser, to gather information, give orders etc. You are
allowed to freely use any utility that helps you calculate, or manage
information, as long as the utility does not interact directly or indirectly
with the game.
|
| 8 |
The above 1st and 4th sections are not in effect in the Anarchist group. You
may have more than one country in the Anarchist group, and you may use as
big an alliance as you want. All other rules apply to the Anarchist group,
too! Note: Until we reach 10.000 active users overall AND at least
1.500 countries in the anarchist group, everyone is limited to having
maximum 4 (four) countries in the Anarchist group. Anyone having more
countries will be deleted without question or notification.

Using the game and accessing the site is a privilege, not a right. The game
administrators reserve the right to revoke this privilege from anyone at any
time. The game administrators take no responsibility for the continuous and
uninterrupted accessibility of the game. The game administrators reserve the
right to change the rules at any time without notice. The game
administrators take no responsibility for the correct functioning of the
game. If you use the game, you use it at your own risk and your own
responsibility. You agree, that the game administrators cannot be held liable for
anything that results from the use, or non-use of this game. All countries,
titles, materials, units, values, scores, buildings, results etc. within the
game are the property of the game administrators. Although frequently used
in the helps, the phrase "your country" refers to the country you manage in the
game. The country and everything else associated with it is the property of
the game administrators. The game administrators reserve all rights.
|
| 10 |
You agree that in case of any arguments, the decision of the game administrators is
determinative and final, no appeal can be made. In such cases you are
required to accept the decision of the game administrators. Even if you
decided to support the game by becoming a VIP member, this fact does not
change the above. You agree not to take any legal action against another
player, or the game administrators in any form, either by yourself, or
through a trustee. The game administrators however, reserve the right to
take legal actions in case of the suspicion of a crime.
|
| 11 |
Game administrators reserve the right to ban anyone from the game either
temporarily, or completely at any time, without the need to give a reason.
Game administrators reserve the right to move any country to another group within the
game at any time, without the need to give a reason.
Game administrators also reserve the right to delete any country from
the game at any time, without the need to give a reason.

We use several methods to identify cheating people, some of these are based
on behavior patterns. Please read the following helps, to be familiar with
what might count as a cheating pattern. Familiarity with these allow you to
play without the risk of being moved to the Anarchist group even if your
whole family plays, or you play from an Internet-cafe or a shared workplace
computer. Links will open in a new window.

Game administrators reserve the right to read all messages within the game,
be it a private message to another player, a diplomacy advertisement, a forum message, or a message on
the alliance forum. Game administrators also reserve the right to delete
these messages as they see fit. This is to ensure an enjoyable game
environment. Game administrators reserve the right to temporarily ban, or
completely delete a country or countries controlled by a given player, as they see fit.

Queosia has 5 levels. You start at the lowest level, and advance up, as you
get better. You have 90 days on each of the 4 lower levels to meet
the levelling requirements. If you do not complete
the level in time, you lose the game, and cannot continue. VIP members do
not have this time limit. If you have ran out of time, and become a VIP
member, you can continue the level while your VIP membership is active.
